permission from their parent or guardian before sharing ANY

The
US Federal Trade Commission has provided an explanatory press
release on the subject of COPPA, designed to protect the privacy
of kids online. It also runs an excellent Kids'
Privacy Web site (a good resource for parents as well). Speed
Stacks urges you to visit these sites and to become as
educated as possible about your online rights.
As
an additional step towards compliance with COPPA and COPPR, Speed
Stacks specifically recommends that children check with
their parents or teachers before clicking on to any new sites.
We further ask you to enter your family's or teacher's 'Email
address' in all submission forms and contact. Your cooperation
is greatly appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact the Speed
Stacks' staff with any comments, questions, or concerns. |

Information
We Collect and Store:
In almost all activities, the information we collect is non-personal
(such as first name, age, city and state). If you enter a
contest, send us a question or send an electronic postcard, we
will also ask for an e-mail address. We only collect enough information
from our visitors to make information fun and interesting.
If
you submit stories, artwork, comments or anything else to us
which is posted on our site, you will be identified on our
site by first name, age, city and state.
If
you send us an e-mail with a question or comment, or enter
one of our contests, we will ask for your first name and e-mail
address as well as the e-mail address of the person who can
receive an electronic postcard. We will write back using your
e-mail address, but we will not give your email address to
any other company.
No
one will be excluded from our site for not giving us personal
information. When we do ask for personal information (like
an e-mail address), we will not share this information with
a third party.
Speed
Stacks encourages parents and guardians to spend time
online with their children. We urge parents to instruct their
children to never give out their real names, addresses or
phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet.
We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information
obtained from children.
If
you have any questions about our Childrens' Privacy Policy,
please call Speed Stacks at 1-877-462-2877. |

What is a cookie? A "cookie" is a small text
file that a website can place on your computer's hard drive on
your computer. They make our Website easier for you to use because
they save your preferences while you are at our sites. The cookie
transmits this information back to the Web site's computer which,
generally speaking, is the only computer that can read it. Cookies
may also help us know which areas are your favorites, which need
a bit of improvement, and what technologies and Internet services
our visitors are using. Knowing this information helps us continually
improve the online experience for our visitors and members.
The
use of cookies: The
use of cookies is common in the Internet industry; you'll
find them used on Speed Stacks Group Order Store,
as you will at other major sites. The non-personally identifiable
information we track with cookies is anonymous and is not
used to identify, or lead us back to, any particular visitor.
Most
consumers do not know that "cookies" are being placed
on their computers when they visit web sites. If
you want to know when this happens, or to prevent it from happening,
you can set your browser to warn you when a web site attempts
to place a "cookie" on your computer. Visitors to Speed
Stacks may have the option of disabling cookies via their
browser preferences (most browsers are initially set up to
accept cookies). If you do not want a
cookie used, please be aware that the shopping cart will
not be able to keep track of any items you may wish to purchase
for your Group Order.
If
your parents visit our site to select credit card payment
for a Speed
Stacks Group Order product: We
do use a "cookie" on this site to make it possible
for you to use an online "shopping cart" to keep
track of items you wish to purchase. If you do not want a
cookie used, please be aware that the shopping cart will
not be able to keep track of any items you may wish to purchase. |

Underage
Customers using the Online Group Order Store
Speed Stacks does not sell products directly for purchase
by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults.
If you are under 18, you may use SpeedStacksGroupOrder.com to
participate in your school's online group order and purchase
only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Our
products and services are marketed for purchase by adults or
with the consent of adults. This is why the Speed Stacks
Group Order Store requires a credit card that has been
authorized for use to complete purchases on our site. |
