What
is the difference between an Online Group Order and a Standard
Group Order?
With a Standard Group Order, the Instructor first passes out Stacker Brochures
for their students to take home. Students make their choices on the Stacker
Brochures and then return it to the Instructor along with a check. The
Instructor consolidates all of the student orders into one and sends a
single total order to Speed Stacks along with one check for the total amount.
The Instructor also picks out free Bonus Items for the schools program
based on the size of the Group Order. Speed Stacks ships all the products
in one shipment to the Instructor who passes it out at school. With an
Online Group Order, everything is the same except that students make their
choices online and pay for their orders individually on our secure website
using a credit card. Although both Online and Standard Group Orders get
discounted prices, Bonus Items are not offered for Online Group Orders.
All of the other steps with an Online Group Order are the same as with
a Standard Group Order. |

Which
type of Group Order should I do, Standard or Online?
Instructors should always do a Standard
Group Order unless there is a good
reason not to (problems with collecting money from students, etc). Note
that some students may not be able to participate in an Online Group
Order due to lack of internet and/or credit card access. Also remember
that Bonus Items are not offered for Online Group Orders.

What
if I want to order products for my school as part of an Online
Group Order?
To add products for your school to an Online Group Order, simply choose
your items online and pay for them individually with a credit card, just
like your students. This is also a good way for you to order for students
who do not have internet and/or credit card access. |

How
long do my students have to place their orders with an Online
Group Order?
The default Online Group Order window is 2 weeks. Longer or shorter windows
may be selected when you set up your Online Group Order. Each time a student
logs in, a "counter" is displayed alerting to the time remaining
to place an order before the window closes. |

What
if some of my students miss the window for placing their online
orders?
We are not able to make additions to an order once the window closes. If
there are 10 or more individuals who still need to order, you can place
another Group Order. If not, those individuals can still get our products
through retails stores or at our online
store at (note that retail prices will apply). |

Can
my students make changes to their online orders after they complete
their order? Generally no, but minor changes (like color)
may be able to be made prior to shipping. Instructors must call
us while the order window is still open to make changes for their
students. We cannot accept calls from students regarding Online
Group Orders. If a student would like to add to an order, simply
have the student place an additional order. |

With
an Online Group Order, can Speed Stacks ship student orders separately,
directly to each student?
No, the entire order must be shipped directly to the school and be passed
out by the teacher. This is how we are able to offer Group Discounts. |

Should
I do a Group Order or should I direct my students to retail
stores?
Students can get official Speed Stacks products at retail stores but
they will not get the same selection and they will not get our Group
Discounts. The only way to get these things is through our Standard Group
Order or Online Group Order. |

Is
there a minimum number of items required to qualify for a Group
Order?
To qualify for a Group Order discount you must have 10 or more students
participating. Orders for less than 10 students can be placed through our
website or students can purchase their products at retail stores. |

What
is the difference between an Instructor Order and a Group Order?
An Instructor Order is
an order that is placed specifically for the school's or organization's
program.
A Group
Order is for students to purchase their
own Speed Stacks products through their school with reduced
pricing. |

Why
are bonus items not available for Online Group Orders?
The additional processing costs for Online Group Orders prevent us from
being able to offer Bonus Items with this type of order. |

How
long does it take to receive my order?
Once Speed Stacks receives your Standard Group Order or your window closes
for an Online Group Order, the order will ship within 2 business days.
Shipping via UPS Ground within the US takes 2-7 business days. Shipping
to Canada is approximately 5 business. |

How
do I calculate shipping?
Shipping is already included in the cost of the product. |

Are
taxes included with my order?
Most schools are tax exempt and do not need to include taxes with your
order. For
all states except Colorado and Texas, taxes are not collected by Speed
Stacks and if your school or organization is not tax exempt then it is
responsible for collecting and submitted state taxes directly to the
state.
For
Standard Group Orders In Colorado and Texas,
you do not need to pay taxes for a Group Order unless you are
sending us the checks from students directly. If you send us
student checks directly, each student must include sales tax
with their payment amount at the tax rate that is applicable
for your area. Call Speed Stacks with any questions about this
policy.
For
Online Group Orders for students purchasing via credit card,
tax is factored for each purchase and added to the total sum
for the order. |

Why
are replacement cups for the students not free?
We offer lifetime replacement of our cups (regardless of reason) to teachers
as a way of saying thanks for continuing your Speed Stacks program. Because
of the huge number of students with their own cups, we unable to offer
free replacements to students. |
