Which type of Group Order should I do, Standard or Online?
Instructors should always do a Standard Group Order unless there is a good reason not to (problems with collecting money from students, etc). Note that some students may not be able to participate in an Online Group Order due to lack of internet and/or credit card access. Also remember that Bonus Items are not offered for Online Group Orders.

Can you tell me how to use the online group order store?

	You must Log-in. You can "Log-in" by selecting your school (school, city, state) from the drop-down box on the Log-in Page . The "Days Remaining" counter will show how many days you have to purchase before your school's opportunity to place a group order ends.
	Select your products from the Group Order Store: The Store contains the full selection of sport stacking products. Use the "Add to Cart" button located at the bottom of each product page to place it in your shopping cart.
	Checkout: You will need to have a parent finish checking you out as the next step requires parental approval and either a VISA or a MasterCard credit card. You will be asked to provide billing information, the payment method and payment account information. An invoice is created. You will receive an email verifiying your order too. This is the only individual notification you will receive for this purchase - please make a printer copy for your records.
	Your parents will want to know when the actual charge will occur. Although payment is not deducted from a credit card account until the entire group order processes for shipment to the participating school, each order is checked at the time an order is placed to make sure it is a valid credit card account and the sum to be charged is acceptable.

Should I do a Group Order or should I direct my students to retail stores?
Students can get official Speed Stacks products at retail stores but they will not get the same selection and they will not get our Group Discounts. The only way to get these things is through our Standard Group Order or Online Group Order.

What is the difference between an Instructor Order and a Group Order?
An Instructor Order is an order that is placed specifically for the school's or organization's program.

A Group Order is for students to purchase their own Speed Stacks products through their school with reduced pricing.

Are taxes included with my order?
Most schools are tax exempt and do not need to include taxes with your order. For all states except Colorado and Texas, taxes are not collected by Speed Stacks and if your school or organization is not tax exempt then it is responsible for collecting and submitted state taxes directly to the state.

For Standard Group Orders In Colorado and Texas, you do not need to pay taxes for a Group Order unless you are sending us the checks from students directly. If you send us student checks directly, each student must include sales tax with their payment amount at the tax rate that is applicable for your area. For Online Group Orders for students purchasing via credit card, tax is factored for each purchase and added to the total sum for the order.
